我昨天email寄出我的書給幾家出版社，雖然馬上只有兩家禮貌回應，已經收到了，我的心情就相當好，就有一些希望，我也繼續在思考，還能如何讓我的書更深入， 一開始是設定給小朋友，所以對於政治宗教很少提到，我自己對這方面也不太了解，就想還是要再多讀一些資料，
昨晚看到 "Jane Austen: a companion" by Josephine Ross, and "Courage and craft" by Barabra Abercrombie. I ownened these two books for a while but it just came to me that I could use their ideas in my own book.

Today, I invited my sister to go with me to teach at Laura's class. Every Monday morning, the teachers are having a meeting so they need some volunteers to help in the classroom while they are gone.
Monday:
I started my first teaching job on Monday. I taught English songs at Laura's fifth grade class for 40 minutes. We only learned 3 lines for the song "I am a little teapot". It went ok and I am still learning to teach. I revised my lyrics and strategy and I invite my sister to go with me next week. She said Yes. I am grateful for her. She helps recruiting the book club members too.
This writing is for you, John, because I wrote my entry in Chinese first. I started my volunteer work for the small community college this Thursday morning. This picture is a cactus I found next to the public libray.
