San Jose & 淡水

Today when Laura and I walked by the Danshui MRT station to take a bus, we saw this person again. There were a crowd surrounding him. A fat kid was touching him. He is a real person but acts like a statue. 

I urged Laura to drop some money on the bucket in front of him. Laura wanted to leave after giving the money. But the statue used his finger to signal for Laura to approach him and he shook her hand to say "thank you".

How does it feel to do this on the street? It seems very hard to stand still for a long time. And the paint on his all body looks painful. He always closes his eys but he can see when someone gives him money. Very strange.
